Intimate care products (ie Tampons etc), can not be returned if the hygienic seal has been broken or tampered with or the Lubpon box has been opened in any other way.

The requirements to return the goods are unused and in unopened packaging: The Lubpon box with no broken or tampered hygienic seal or any other signs of opening as well as an unopened original packaging which consists of the white bubble envelope.

The returned item must therefore be unopened in the original white bubble envelope unopened with all the barcodes visible and in tack.
